This is a deviation from the other quotes about dreams, but I thought that it was interesting. Do you think that dreams are a connection to another world, or perhaps a portal for communication with those who have left this earth?

Personally, I am not sure, but I do think that it is possible. I have a close friend who committed suicide a number of years ago, and he still “appears” in my dreams every once in awhile. When he first died, I attributed his appearance in my dreams to my frequent thoughts of him. But even now, I will have a dream where he is present, and usually the dream contains some significant meaning.

Have you experienced something similar? What are some plausible explanations?
